From Luke 1:11-17
Zecharias and Elizabeth were praying according to God’s will, but John couldn’t come at any time other than the right time for God’s plan to be fulfilled. As the forerunner to Jesus, the timing for John’s life depended on the timing for a bigger plan.
⭐ ⭐ Sometimes our waiting is because the only right time is the time when Jesus will be part of the story, and perhaps God is working on something bigger and better than what we’ve thought to pray.
